Updated October 26, 2026. Millie’s Way collects the name, email, optional phone number, service, town, timing and project details you submit so we can handle your inquiry. Business applications include business details, service areas and acknowledgment of proposed terms.

Records are saved in our hosted database and accessible to the owner. We email you a list once 7 approved participating businesses match your service and town. For new home-service inquiries, the form asks for explicit permission to share your name, email, optional phone and project details with AtlaCon, LLC (Chris Katseas) as the first contact, at atlaconus@gmail.com. Only inquiries with that recorded sharing consent are queued to AtlaCon. Older inquiries and pet-service inquiries are not automatically shared. We do not automatically share details with other listed businesses. If you choose to contact a listed business, you decide what information to share. We do not publish your inquiry or sell contact lists. Providers may pay us a referral fee.

When you click a Many Paws adoption button, we record which button was clicked and the time, and queue a notice to Millie’s Way. We do not collect your name or contact details through the click tracker. Button activity is not confirmation that you called, emailed, or adopted. Many Paws links are free support for the rescue; Millie’s Way receives no commission.

We record consent and application timestamps. To limit abuse, we temporarily compare a daily hash of a network address with recent submissions; we do not retain the raw network address in inquiry records. Hosting infrastructure may maintain separate operational logs. No marketing subscription is created by submitting a form.

Inquiries are retained while we handle the request and related referral administration. Email milliesway2112@gmail.com to request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of your inquiry. Once a provider receives an inquiry, you may also need to contact it regarding its copy. Do not send sensitive financial, medical or identity information.
